Went straight downhill

My original review: Works great. Customer service is also very good. Its one of the few apps which I upgraded to premium.

After several years and upgrading to premium, this app irritates me to no end. All of a sudden, when I tried to access an account through Dashlane, I would be taken to the desired account. Then it would ask me for my ID and password.

This had happened occasionally in the past and they would fix it right away. This time they asked me for screen shots and came back with instructions that sounded like they were more trouble than this app is worth. I deleted the app.
