With each update things are fixed but other things need tweaking. Sometimes it is very frustrating on chrome expecting Dashlane to fill out a form properly. Often I found myself going to the up arrow to have Dashlane copy and fill out user names and passwords. I am still overall very happy and continue to recommend to my peers.
Dashlane tech support continues to be very conscious of remarks in reviews. After my 6/2 remarks, I was contacted on three different emails asking me questions. I am a long time user for over three years and find the direction of the software to be responsive and well thought out. I continue to suggest the product to my peers.
The newest update is not stable. It crashed several times when loading. The browser does not work and the sorting of the passwords does not allow alternatives.
Over the course of the last year things are better but issues still remain that are a real pain.
1. There is no way to adjust the application size in Windows 7.0 Pro or 8.1 Pro.
2. When using Google search in OS or Windows the only way to find a password is in search
3. There is no timing mechanism for asking for the master password
4. oS 9.1 causes Dashlane to be flaky. Screen is sometimes blank for up to 5 seconds and then there is a crash
Still the best and only password manager that I have ever liked and used for more than a week
Latest update from Apple cause my Dashlane to crash. Needs an immediate update
Ever since the arrival of iOS 8.0 and later this software has not preformed up to its ability. It seems to crash more often now than work. It sure needs some major fixes for me
I have had this app as a desktop on a PC, on a laptop and on several iPads since the first time it was reviewed in the NY Times. With each update it has gotten better. Every time I write to tech support I receive a reply and suggestions almost immediately. I provide crash reports and then soon after I am told how to resolve the problem. As great as it is it is a little difficult to give it five stars and there are some ongoing issues that include sites with double security, the chrome extension does not seem to work very well and I find that some websites it will not create and copy the password properly causing me to have to spent a considerable amount of time working with the website to resolve the issue. The app is great but not perfect
